入排标准
入选标准
- •All the individuals will be included in the study aged 20-60 years and having at least 15 functional teeth.
- •For patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis there shall be bleeding on probing on at least 30% of sites and 2 teeth in each quadrant.
- •For patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis there shall be periodontal pocket (ââ?°Â¥4mm) and clinical attachment loss (ââ?°Â¥5mm).
排除标准
- •Individuals with systemic condition like Diabetes mellitus, Chronic renal disease, hepatitis, HIV.
- •Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
- •Alcoholics and current smokers.
- •Patients who were on analgesic and antibiotic therapy in the last 6 months.
- •Patients who underwent any periodontal therapy in last 6 months
