- •1. Adults aged 18-59 years old
- •2. Both male and female with BMI more than or equal 18.5 kg/m2
- •3. Able to read and write independently
- •4. Willing to participate in the study
- •5. Signed the study consent form
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant or lactating individuals
- •2. Having history or current presence of severe chronic diseases and complications, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetic complications, severe hypertension, cancer, chronic kidney disease, disability, thyroid disease, liver disease
- •3. Surgical or drug-treated obesity
- •4. Alcohol or drug abuse
- •5. Having history of bariatric surgery within the last 6-9 months
- •6. Metabolic conditions that alter nutrition requirements (e.g., celiac disease, crohn's disease)
- •7. Eating behavioral disorder
- •8. Weight loss of more than 5 kg in the last three months
- •9. Participation in a weight loss program in the previous three months
- •10. Incomplete data or inability to draw blood
