入选标准

•1. Euthyroid patients undergoing elective thyroid surgery
•2. Age between 20-60 years
•3. ASA PS I and II
•4. BMI 17.5 â?? 30 kg/m2

排除标准

•1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway
•2. Mouth opening less than 2.5 cm
•3. Patients with risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration (inadequate fasting, pregnancy)
•4. BMI > 35 kg/m2
•5. Patients with pre-existing vocal cord palsy
