- •ASA physical status I/II
- •Patients posted for major or minor elective hepatic resection.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with portal hypertension
- •2. Patients with symptomatic CAD, valvular heart disease and Hypertension ( >160/90 despite two anti-hypertensives)
- •3. Pre-existing severe hepatic or renal insufficiency ( Child Pugh B or C, GFR < 60)
