入排标准

入选标准

  • 1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I – III.
  • 2.Scheduled to undergo hip surgery under spinal anaesthesia

排除标准

  • 1.Patient refusal
  • 2.Absolute or relative contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
  • a)Coagulopathy
  • b)Local site infection
  • c)Symptoms or signs of raised intracranial pressure
  • d)Known allergy to local anaesthetics
  • e)Severe Aortic stenosis or mitral stenosis (Fixed cardiac output state)
  • 3.Failure to perform spinal anaesthesia or inadequate block requiring conversion to general anaesthesia
  • 4.BMI > 30kg/m2
  • 5.Difficulty in identifying intrahepatic IVC
