入选标准
- •Postmenopausal women; aged between 45 and 60 years; with the diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus; who presents a medical certificate that allows the patient to practice physical exercise
排除标准
- •Making use of hormone therapy; making use of exogenous insulin; being obese (=30 kg/m2); having complications related to Diabetes; smokers; presenting physical limitations or any pathology that prevents and/or compromises the performance of the physical activity
