入排标准

入选标准

  • Patient willing to give consent
  • Hemodynamically stable
  • Scheduled for lower limb orthopaedic surgeries under subarachnoid block

排除标准

  • Patients with arrhythmias, severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation, severe aortic regurgitation
  • Cardiac dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease and pulmonary edema
  • Patients having diabetes
  • Patients with BMI more than 30kg.m-2
  • When inadequate subarachnoid effect will be obtained and the anaesthesia will be converted into general anaesthesia.
