- •Patient willing to give consent
- •Hemodynamically stable
- •Scheduled for lower limb orthopaedic surgeries under subarachnoid block
排除标准
- •Patients with arrhythmias, severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation, severe aortic regurgitation
- •Cardiac dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease and pulmonary edema
- •Patients having diabetes
- •Patients with BMI more than 30kg.m-2
- •When inadequate subarachnoid effect will be obtained and the anaesthesia will be converted into general anaesthesia.
