入选标准
- •1.stable AECOPD patients with impending or acute respiratory failure using NIV-PS
- •2.stable AECOPD patients with NIV-PS for weaning
- •operational definition of stable AECOPD patients
- •-patients with stable hemodynamics
- •-no need to adjust ventilator setting for at least 2 hours
- •-no need additional sedation
- •-no need frequent bronchodilator: less than 2 nebules in 30 minutes
- •-no need frequent suction: less than 2 times in 2 hours
排除标准
- •1.patients with phrenic nerve dysfunction
- •2.patients with diaphragmatic disorder
- •3.patients with impaired respiratory drive
- •4.patients who have contraindications of EAdi catheter insertion eg. gastroesophageal varices, gastroesophageal obstruction, recent surgery of esophagus or stomach, recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding
- •5.end of life care patients
- •6.pregnancy
- •7.patients with unfit mask problem
- •8.Claustrophobia
