入选标准
- •1.Adult aged 18-60 years in muscle clinic, KCMH
- •2.Constant concomitant horizontal strabismus; defined as horizontal strabismus that angle of deviation does not change in different gaze position, and the deviation can be noticed at all time.
- •3.Angle of deviation equals to or more than 10 prism diopters
- •4.Difference of near and distance angle of deviation equals to or less than 10 prism diopters
- •5.Best corrected visual acuity of both eyes equal to or better than 20/30.
排除标准
- •1.Range of ocular duction less than 80 prism diopters
- •2.Angle kappa
- •3.Eccentric fixation
- •4.Anterior segment eye abnormalities
- •5.Restrictive or paralytic strabismus
- •6.Nystagmus
- •7.Neurological underlying disease
- •8.Unable to cooperate / noncommunicative patients
