- •1.Critically ill patients with age >15 years with sepsis and/or septic shock requiring invasive ventilatory support
排除标准
- •1.lack of MV support via tracheal intubation
- •2.new onset of acute coronary syndrome within 1 week
- •3.prior heart failure
- •4. diagnosed case of severe valvular disease or history of valvular surgery
- •5.history of chronic pulmonary hypertension
- •6.insufficient echocardiographic image
- •7.patient on palliative care/ withholding of life support
