入选标准
- •Adult patients aged more than 18 years.
- •Patients undergoing elective surgery in the Kanigara RSCM, PESC, RPT, or Kirana operating rooms.
- •Patients undergoing postoperative observation in the PACU or HCU.
- •Patients classified as Level II or III based on the Modified Johns Hopkins Surgical Criteria.
- •Patients who are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •Patients undergoing postoperative observation directly in the ICU.
- •Patients undergoing open-heart surgery.
- •Patients undergoing emergency surgery in the emergency operating room.

Patients receiving care in the general ward, surgical HCU, or PACU after elective surgery in the Kanigara operating room who experience clinical deterioration requiring admission to the ICU or HCU according to the ICU or HCU admission criteria at RSCM.
