入选标准
- •1. Female patient of age between 20_65years .
- •2. Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiology grade I and II
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal for erector spinae plane block and inability to give consent .
- •2. Patient with coagulation disorders.
- •3. Patient with local infection /disease and others .
- •4. History of anphylaxis to local anaestheyics and allergy to study drugs.
- •5. Obese patients with BMI more than 30kg/m2
- •6. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory , liver disease , metabolic , and nwurological disorders .
- •7. History of psychiatric illness ,substance abuse .
- •8. Patient with history of chronic drug or alcohol abuse or analgesic .
- •9. Pregnant patients.
