入选标准
- •1.age 18 - 60 years
- •2.able to read and write
- •3.healthy in general without severe medical conditions e.g. diabete mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, COPD
- •4.no history of head trauma
- •5.not receiving other medications during participation
排除标准
- •1.have been diagnosed by healthcare provider with major mental disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorder e.g. depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, specific learning disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder
- •2.have severe medical comorbidity which requires regular visit e.g. gouty arthritis, diabetes mellitus, liver diseases, cancer
- •3.have been taking supplements e.g. psychotropic agents
- •4.have been participating in any drug trial
- •5.reported as having lactose intolerance
