- •Consent to participation by guardians
- •Approval for participation by employees of the Clinic for Anaesthesiology
- •Patient age < 18 years
- •Planned duration of surgery < 4 hours
- •ASA approval I - III
- •No significant malformations in the head/neck area or concerning the respiratory tract
- •No contraindications for supraglottic airway management

- •Refusal of participation by patients
- •Refusal of participation by guardians
- •Refusal of participation by employees of the clinic for anaesthesiology
- •Patient age greater or equal 18 years
- •Planned duration of surgery > 4 hours
- •ASA approval > III
- •Presence of contraindications for supraglottic airway protection
- •Primary necessity of endotracheal intubation
