- •1. Age group 4-8 years
- •2. Children with grossly mutilated primary maxillary and mandibular first and second molar requiring extraction with fully erupted adjacent tooth
- •3. Children requiring only short band and loop space maintainer
排除标准
- •1. Patient with systemic conditions contraindicating the band and loop appliance placement
- •2. Patient requiring more than two space maintainers
- •3. Non restorable tooth immediately adjacent to extraction space
- •4. Extremely crowded dentition
