- •Children suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis,having sputum positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis and CBNAAT,chest x-ray suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis with pleural effusion.

- •Children who are unable to provide an adequate sample for pathological test or those with exclusively pulmonary tuberculosis.
