- •The criteria of inclusion in this study is active duty military personnel under the command of the Malaysian Army Headquarters whom:
- •1.PULHEEMS assessment has expired (nonadherent to PULHEEMS assessment)
- •2.Owns a smartphone
排除标准
- •The exclusion criteria in this study are:
- •1.The military personnel with less than 3 years of service left. During the last 3 years of service in the Malaysian Armed Forces, the military personnel will be in the Military Retirement Transition Training program in order to prepare them to become civilian back.
- •2.The military personnel who are attending course or at mission area
- •3.The military personnel who have UNFIT medical status
- •4.The military personnel who are admitted in the hospital
- •5.The military personnel who are on prolonged leave (such as post motor-vehicle accident or post-surgery)
