入选标准
- •Patients posted for unilateral elective breast cancer surgery.
- •-Patients belonging to ASA grade I, II or III.
- •-Patient between age group 25 to 65 years
- •-Patient giving informed written consent.
排除标准
- •-Haemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulant therapy.
- •-Patients who are allergic to any of study drugs.
- •-Skin infection at the site of needle insertion
- •-Chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy.
- •-Neuromuscular disease and established peripheral
- •neuropathy.
- •-Major cardio respiratory diseases and major hepatorenal disorders
- •-Pregnancy
