入选标准
- •1)Male collegiate athletes in soccer, futsal, or rugby sport team
- •2)Age between 18 to 25 years
- •3)Normal BMI (18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2)
- •4)Have experience in organized university team at least 3 months prior testing
- •5)Regularly plays at least 3 times per weeks
- •6)Could follow the research procedures
排除标准
- •1)Reported lower limb musculoskeletal impairment or injury in previous six months (i.e: joint laxity, joint and muscle pain)
- •2)History of serious injury or surgery of lower extremity (i.e: joint dislocation, meniscus tears, fractures, tendon or ligament reconstruction)
- •3)History of low back pain in 6 months before the study by receiving medication or physical therapy.
- •4)History of taking medication related change in muscle properties e.g. muscle relaxant or doping agent within 24 hours prior testing
