- •All extubated patients, irrespective of duration of mechanical ventilation, who are planned to discharge from ICU to step down unit will be included.
排除标准
- •Those who have refused to give consent
- •Extubated as a part of comfort care/end of life care/discharge against medical advice
- •Those who are incapable of interpreting and understanding the questionnaire.
