- •ASA grade I and II, Elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1. Anticipated difficult airway
- •2. Patients with BMI >30kg/m2
- •3. Patients with known allergy to dexmedetomidine
- •or lignocaine
- •4. Patients with cardiovascular and
- •cerebrovascular diseases
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Patients with basal heart rate <50/min
- •7. Patients on beta blockers
- •8. Patients requiring more than one attempt at
- •9. Laryngoscopy and intubation time more than 30
