- •Pregnant women with Tetralogy of Fallot presenting before 20 weeks of gestation in a participating center
排除标准
- •- Multiple gestation
- •- Essential hypertension with or without proteinuria
- •- History of organ transplantation
- •- Concomitant disease, such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune disease , cholestasis or liver disease
- •- HELLP syndrome - Thrombocytopenia
- •- Non hypertensive proteinuria and IUGR without associated maternal symptoms

Maternal, uteroplacental and fetal haemodynamic effect of Nicardipine in severe pre-eclampsia. - CORCA IIHypertensive crisis in patients with severe pre-eclampsia needs to be treated to prevent maternal and fetal complications.
