•Diagnosed patients of mild and moderate cannabis and/or opioid use disorder as per DSM V criteria.
•Patients having intact mental health capacity (as per section 4, Mental healthcare act, 2017) and are willing to quit.

•Patients having severe cannabis and/or opioid withdrawals symptoms
•Patients with history of multiple relapses
•Patients with other substance dependency like, alcohol, cocaine, amphetamine type stimulants, sedatives, and inhalants .except nicotine
•Patients with pre-diagnosed co-morbid psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, bipolar depression.
•Patients presenting with medical emergencies such as intoxication, poisoning, hypertensive encephalopathy, hyperkalemia, severe dehydration.
•Pre-diagnosed cases of low glomerular filtration rate, raised total serum bilirubin levels, malignancies.
•Pregnant and lactating women
