入选标准
- •1.American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) Physical Status I and II posted for elective lower abdominal surgeries.
- •2.Patients of age 18-60 years
- •3.Pregnant women.
- •4.Surgeries with duration more than 30 min and less than 2 hours (120 minutes).
排除标准
- •1.History of allergy to the drugs used in the study like ropivacaine, magnesium sulphate, dexamethasone.
- •2.All contraindication to spinal anaesthesia like coagulopathy, infection at the site of injection
