入选标准
- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status II parturients scheduled for elective caesarean delivery under subarachnoid block.
- •2.Pregnant females with full term pregnancy of reproductive age 20-35 years without any coexisting disease
排除标准
- •A known sensitivity to any study drug,Patient with coexisting disease like Chronic or Pregnancy induced
- •Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, history of Cardiac or Respiratory disease or with
- •impaired kidney or liver function and severe anemia
- •Patient having any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •Onset of labour or multiple pregnancy or polyhydroamnios or known fetal abnormalities
- •Patient with body mass index more than 40kg per square metre
