入排标准
入选标准
- •Patient with lumbar radiculopathy in age group of 18-60 years
- •-Involvement of L4,L5,S1,S2 nerve root pain radiating to one or both legs
- •-Patient with positive SLR and slump test
- •-Patient with acute or subacute stage duration of symptoms < 12 weeks
- •-All subjects with oswestry disability index score > 20%.
排除标准
- •-Any spinal conditions in which movement are contraindicated.
- •-Acute strain, sprains and inflammation or any painfull symptoms aggravated by initial traction treatments
- •-Rheumatoid arthrities
- •-Tumors or infections like TB
- •-Malignancy
- •-Pregnancy
- •-Uncontrolled hypertension
