入选标准
- •ASA grade 1&2
- •-Body weight of 45-65kg
- •-Undergoing elective resection of nasal
- •polyps(duration 60-70 minutes)
排除标准
- •-History of allergy to these drugs
- •-Patient with pre-existing bledding and coagulation abnormalities
- •-History of hypertension,CAD,renal and hepatic dysfunction
- •-Patient not willing to participate in study
- •-Cerebral insuffciency
- •-H/o recurrent sinus surgery
- •-Orbital abscess
- •-CSF leak with or without CSF Rhinorrhea
