入选标准

•ASA grade I and II.
•Age between 18-60 years All infra umbilical elective surgeries.

排除标准

•• Patient refusal.
•• Age less than 18 and more than 60 years .
•• ASA grade 3&
•• Severe hepatic or renal failure • Patient with known allergy to LA drugs • Patients suffering from IHD, angina , arrhythmias, heart block, Previous MI.
•• Patients with contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
