- •Advanced heart failure presenting:
- •- systolic blood pressure <= mmHg
- •- left ventricular ejection fraction <= 35% known since 6 months (at least)
- •- serum sodium <= 135 mEq/L
- •- NYHA functional class III-IV despite optimal medical therapy
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
