入选标准
- •1) patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, aged 19-65
- •2) ASA class I, II
- •3) informed consent
排除标准
- •1)gastrointestinal disease (gastritis, gastric cancer)
- •2)pregnancy, antidepressant medication
- •3)chemotherapy, chronic opioid user
- •4)antiemetic medication within 24hr before surgery
- •5)allergic to study medication
- •6)cardiovascular, respiratory, cerebrovascular,and hapatobiliary disease
- •7)obesity (more than 50% greater than their ideal body weight)
- •8) severe diabetes mellitus (serum HbA1c > 8%)
- •9)use of steroids or antiemetics within 1 month of surgery
