入选标准
- •1) Patients receiving open abdominal urologic surgery more than 3 hours in general anesthesia
- •2) elderly patients aged 65 years and more
- •3) American society of anesthsiologist physical status class 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1) patients with clinically severe abnormal finding on the preoperative pulmonary function test
- •2) body mass index > 30 kg/m2 or <18.9 kg/m2
- •3) patients with clinically significant cardiopulmonary disease, or cerebrovascular disease
- •4) patients with esophageal varix secondary to liver cirrhosis, or other gastroesophageal disease on past medical history
