- •Patients of both sexes aged 18 years or older
- •Presence of multiple clinically diagnosed common warts
- •No topical, systemic, or procedural wart treatment within the preceding month
- •Ability and willingness to provide informed consent
排除标准
- •Known hypersensitivity to methylene blue
- •History of photosensitivity or diagnosed photodermatoses
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Severe autoimmune disease
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •Current or recent use of systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressive therapy within the previous month
