- •All patients undergoing infraumblical surgeries in sree balaji medical college and hospital.
- •1) ASA grade 1 & 2
排除标准
- •1) Patient refusal
- •2) ASA grade 3 & 4
- •3) Patients with complications like severe
- •hypovolemia, septicemia, shock.
- •4) Known case of hypersensitivity reaction to
- •Fentanyl or Dexmeditomidine and local
- •anaesthetics.
- •5) Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy
- •6) Local infection at the site of puncture.
