- •ASA Grade I & II

- •PREGNANT PATIENTS
- •PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM HYPERTENSION
- •UNCONTROLLED DIABETES MELLITUS
- •MORBID OBESITY
- •SEVERE RENAL, HEPATIC, CARDIAC DYSFUNCTION
- •EMERGENCY SPINE SURGERY
- •HISTORY OF DRUG ABUSE
