入选标准
- •Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiology grading of 1 and 2.
- •Patients having Mallampati grading of 3 and 4 and mouth opening less than 2 finger and also patients in whom neck extension is contraindicated.
排除标准
- •patients with any type of AV block, bradycardia, hypotension, ventricular dysfunction, heart failure, coronary disease.
- •patients with nasal pathology and recent epistaxis.
- •allergy to drugs being used in the study
- •patients not giving consent
