- •Unstable angina or exercise-induced Ischaemia at low exercise levels
- •Severe aortic stenosis
- •Severe mitral or aortic regurgitation
- •Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- •treated hypertension >160/100mmHg at rest)
- •Hypercholesterolaemia (total cholesterol >7.0 mmolL-1)
