入选标准
- •1) patients age :between 20 and 80 years of age
- •2) scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia
- •3) having an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I–II
- •4) being able to use an IV-PCA.
排除标准
- •1) were pregnant or breastfeeding,
- •2) had a history of allergy to fentanyl
- •3) had a contraindication for general anesthesia
- •4) had major organ diseases
- •5) had a history of drug abuse
