入排标准
入选标准
- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I and II.
- •2.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years.
- •3.Patients posted for laparoscopic surgery.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic disorder like diabetes, hypertension, hepatic or renal impairment, severe airway disorder, seizure disorder, ischemic and or congestive cardiac diseases,coronary artery disease or recent MI.
- •2.Concomitant use of drugs like beta blockers,calcium channel blockers ,ARBs, ACE inhibitors, digoxin, alpha-2agonists, anticonvulsants or psychotropic medications.
- •3.Anticipated difficult intubation.
- •4.Patients with unstable hemodynamics.
- •5.Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to either dexmedetomedine and lignocaine(study drugs).
- •6.Unwilling patients.
