- •SUFFERRING FROM SPONTANEOUS SAH
排除标准
- •1. Patients/ relatives refusal to be included in study
- •2. Severe uncontrolled hypertension
- •3. Contraindications for putting TEE probe such as history of swallowing difficulty,coagulopathy,oesophageal surgery,stricture or lesions.
- •4. Patients with stunned myocardium/ valvular heart diseases / Coronary artery disease/ significant arrhythmias/Left ventricular dysfunction
- •5. Patients with end organ dysfunction including renal and hepatic disorders
