入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder using Diagnostic Criteria for Research (DCR) of ICD 11 DCR supplemented with ICD 11 for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics (February 2022 edition)
- •2. Y-BOCS score of 15 or above
- •3. Age between 18-60 years of either sex
- •4. Right-handed
- •5. Patients giving written informed consent
- •6. Patient should be on antiobsessive medication for at least 4 weeks
排除标准
- •1. Co-morbid severe depression as measured by a HAM-D score of 23 or more
- •2. Patients with co-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder
- •3. History of epilepsy, significant head injury or any neurosurgical procedure.
- •4. Patient with presence of pacemaker or other electronic implant, metal or magnetic objects in the brain.
