- •1)Female patients in age group between 18-60years
- •2)American society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) 1,2,3 3)Body mass index of more than 25kgm-2(overweight and obese patients).
排除标准
- •Patients with
- •1)abnormal airway contractures(neck contractures, mass in the neck)
- •2)previous neck surgery
- •3)restricted mouth opening
- •4)thyroid swelling or cushings disease
- •5)cervical spine pathology
- •6)patients on steroid therapy will be excluded
