- •Individuals aged 60 years and over; with mild cognitive impairment or early dementia; medical health service monitoring; who voluntarily agree to participate in the study will be considered eligible.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria involve elderly patients with cardiovascular impairments; musculoskeletal or visuospatial limitations that may contraindicate or present discomfort to the exercise.
