入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age between 18-50 years.
- •2.American society of Anesthesiologists physical status [ASA] grade I and II.
- •3.Elective laparoscopic surgeries of less than 4 hours in duration.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with a baseline Heart rate of less than 65 bpm and baseline blood pressure of < 90/50 mm of Hg.
- •2.Patients with cardiac comorbidities (IHD, VHD, CCF, Arrythmias, pacemaker dependent).
- •3.Patients on Beta blockers, Verapamil or Diltiazem.
- •4.Pregnant patients.
- •5.Patients with BMI > 30 KG/M2.
- •6.Anticipated difficult airway.
- •7.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension ( >140/90mm of Hg).
