入选标准
- •1.ASA physical status I & II pregnant females posted for elective and emergency caesarean section.
- •2.Pregnant females giving informed written consent.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal for the study.
- •2.History of significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal or hepatic diseases.
- •3.History of allergy to drugs under study.
- •4.History of treatment with magnesium or calcium channel blockers(e.g. pregnancy induced hypertension and eclampsia.)
- •5.History of opioid, steroid or analgesic abuse.
- •6.History of diabetes mellitus Type 1 or 2, peptic ulcer disease, glaucoma, hypertension, fungal or viral infection12.
- •7.Cases of spinal anaesthesia which get converted into general anaesthesia due to any reason.
