入选标准
- •a.Age >= 18 years
- •b.Pain and tenderness over costochondral junction
- •c.Pain score >= 4 on the numerical rating scale(NRS) on a daily basis
排除标准
- •a.Congenital abnormalities of the chest wall
- •b.Clinical evidence of Tietze Syndrome
- •c.History of thoracotomy and presence of intercostal neuralgia
- •d.Cardiopulmonary or other systemic causes of anterior chest wall pain
- •e. Costosternal Syndrome secondary to other causes
- •f.Contraindication or History of adverse reaction to anesthetic agents or corticosteroids.
- •g.History of intervention or surgery for treatment of Primary Costosternal Syndrome
- •h.Anatomical abnormality near target injection site.
- •i.Untreated cutaneous infection, systemic illness, or immunocompromised state
- •j.History of bleeding tendency or use of anticoagulants.
- •k.Patientâ??s refusal.
- •l.Improvement of pain with conservative managements.
