•Chronic radicular pain (persistent or recurrent for > 3 months) with NRS 4 or higher
•- Pain that occurs or recurs after lumbar spinal surgery
•- After lumbar spinal surgery, the pain increases compared to before, or new radicular pain occurs that was not there before.
•- The site of pain coincides with the lumbar spinal surgery site dermatome.
•- Patients who score 4 or higher on the DN4 questionnaire and are screened for neuropathic pain
•- Patients whose symptoms have not improved after at least 3 months of conservative treatment
•- 19 = Age = 80
•- Patients who voluntarily agreed in writing to participate in this clinical trial

•- Acute phase pain less than 3 months
•- Patients who have not undergone lumbar spinal surgery
•- Radicular pain in other segments, not radicular pain consistent with lumbar spinal surgery
•- Axilal pain is more severe than radiating pain
•- Patients with adverse reactions to local anesthetics, steroids, and contrast agents
•- Patients with red signs such as blood clotting disorders, infections, malignant tumors, spinal fractures, progressive neurological deficits, cauda equina syndrome, etc.
•- Pregnant or lactating patients
•- If the patient does not agree to participate in the study
