入选标准
- •Only healthy adults of female sex (age 18-35) are included in the study. For inclusion participants must meet the following criteria: a) aged 18 to 35 years, b) show voluntariness, c) have capacity to consent, d) pass preliminary screening with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) {Thomas 1992 #238}, e) give written and informed consent.

- •Acute or chronic physical and psychological diseases and drug abuse. Additional general exclusion criteria is pregnancy.
