- •Using the health/physical fitness questionnaire of the ACSM Exercise Prescriptions Guide, the person who has no problem with physical activity and is recommended by the doctor for physical activity and exercise.
排除标准
- •The criteria for exclusion will be those who have a weight change of more than 5% within two months of the study or who have a change in the dosage of oral blood sugar-reducing agents, hypertension drugs and cholesterol-reducing agents, a person with a blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg or higher, unstable angina, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, heart attacks, arthritis, chronic renal failure, epilepsy, convulsions, and chronic enteritis.
