入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus for past 10 years or less and on stable treatment for past 3 months, and taking metformin or sulphonylurea or both.
排除标准
- •1)Liver dysfunction (AST,ALT > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal)
- •2)Renal dysfunction (Serum creatinine, blood urea > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal)
- •3)Patient with concurrent illnesses other than hypertension
- •4)Patients taking enzyme inducers or inhibitors
- •5)Patients already taking vitamin D supplements
- •6)Pregnant and lactating woman
- •7)Severe uncontrolled hypertension ( >160/90 mm Hg)
- •9)Patients who had participated in other trials within last 3 months
