- •1.Age group between 18 to 65 years.
- •2.Body weight 40 to 80 kg.
- •3.Patients belong to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade-I and II.
- •4.Female patients scheduled for MRM under GA
排除标准
- •1.Local infection at the block site
- •2.Coagulopathy
- •3.Morbid obesity (BMI >40)
- •4.Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •5.Decreased pulmonary reserve
- •6.Cardiac disorders
- •7.Renal dysfunction
- •8.Pre-existing neurological deficits
- •9.Psychiatric illness
